- Payment can be made via credit card/EFTPOS or cash at the time of collection;
- A minimum 2 night charge applies for all bookings;
- No fee is charged for the departure day unless collection is between 4 and 6pm (a $12 late checkout fee per guest);
- A deposit is required for all bookings during peak periods (Christmas, Easter, School Holidays & long weekends) and bookings of 10 or more nights;
- Please note cats are never housed with those from another family.
Catshack relies on reservations being honoured by our guests, or adequate notice given of any changes. Accordingly, the following applies:
- Deposits are non-refundable if less than 2 weeks notice of a change or cancellation is provided;
- During peak periods, the entire length of the booking is charged even if guests are delayed in arriving or are collected early.
** Catshack reserves the right to request non-refundable deposits in some circumstances.
